We are looking for an Art Director to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Defining the visual style and concept direction for campaigns and brand projects;
  • Leading ideas from the first presentation through production to final launch;
  • Driving the design process across 360 campaigns, content, and integrated brand work;
  • Working closely with copywriters, strategists, and creative directors;
  • Guiding and mentoring designers, giving clear and constructive feedback;
  • Translating brand strategies and creative platforms into strong visual solutions;
  • Presenting concepts internally and externally with confidence and clarity;
  • Keeping the creative quality high, consistent, and on-brand across all touchpoints.

Essential professional experience:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Art Director in creative agencies or on in-house brand teams;
  • Strong portfolio with commercial 360 campaigns and video work;
  • Confident leading projects and design teams across different formats and channels;
  • Skilled in developing concepts that are visually powerful and strategically grounded;
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and art direction for production;
  • Hands-on when needed, with excellent taste and attention to detail;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
