We are looking for you, located in Trier or 100% remote in Germany as a

Scrum Master (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Support/Guidance of one or more agile teams

  • Support in team building and shaping cooperation

  • Leading the team in the continuous improvement process - reflection and new ideas

  • Close cooperation with the product owner

  • Collaboration in the Agile CoP at the location to network the teams and trigger changes in the larger scope

You bring along:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Advanced certifications in Scrum and Agile methodologies, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), are a plus

  • Experience in software development or IT project management

  • Several years of experience working in Agile environments, preferably in roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach

  • Good knowledge of Scrum and agile working methods (incl. XP techniques)

  • A good understanding of software development

  • Very good communication skills, also for coaching and change processes

  • A solution-oriented, creative and empathetic manner

  • An eye for the big picture, outside-the-box thinking and courage to change

  • Good knowledge of German and English

  • Technologies used: Java, JavaEE, Angular, Git, Maven, Docker, Jenkins, Jira
