• Execute and grow Advisory Services programs that supports customers through planning, implementation, go-live, and beyond.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout engagements, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Apply business process and product knowledge, including IT and internal controls, to develop frameworks and solutions for customers.
• Generate business opportunities with both new and existing customers, contributing to proposals and participating in pre-sales activities.
• Develop and implement methodologies, customer engagements, and thought leadership to advance the Advisory practice.
• Advise customers on optimizing business processes, data governance practices, data management principles, business adoption, program management, etc.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advisory projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Work cross-functionally and collaborate with other lines of business to enhance customer performance.
• Serve as subject matter expert in Data Governance principles and frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, or other customer facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated application of data governance principles and frameworks.
• Proven track record of designing and executing high-impact consulting programs that drive measurable business outcomes and generate revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and measure success.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/engagements simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex strategies into actionable plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Analytics or a related field.
