Job Description
Join our Team as a Recruiter (6 Month Contract)- if you are passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities, we would love to hear from you! You will manage searches of increasing complexity by overseeing the recruiting process including the hiring strategy, sourcing approach and client relationships. They are responsible for maintaining accurate and concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment process. You will also provide role/area specific solutions driven by data, industry knowledge and personal experiences in the client business area.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and partner with the stakeholders to understand role needs.
• Ensures candidate has a positive experience and applies judgment when situation deviates from practice
• Communicates proactively and consistently with leaders and candidates throughout the process.
• The individual will work with internal clients and external resources to ensure that Talent Acquisition strategies, programs and tools provide a pipeline of qualified talent for employee positions
• Manage client relationships (HRBPs, hiring managers, senior leaders) independently; provide updates and conduct status calls based on client need (reporting, sourcing efforts, and recruiting analytics).
• Maintain timely and accurate updates of candidates in Workday.
• Develops client strategy based on business goals and the client’s talent philosophy/strategy
• Lead consulting services to client; serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education.
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• Experience in high-volume sales recruitment is a great asset.
• Advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates via LinkedIn, indeed, job boards, referrals etc.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment standards and internal policies.
Skills and Competencies:
•Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
•Adaptable to dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
•Technology friendly and hands on experience with MS Office Tools, Applicant •Tracking System, Job Boards etc.
