Our Business Transformation team is looking for a Business Transformation Manager. The Business Transformation Manager will have the opportunity to work remotely from within the United States.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Transformation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in standardization, process improvement and digital technologies as well as a proven track record of driving successful transformation initiatives.  As a Business Transformation Manager you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and enhancing business performance through continued innovation and improvement to Cherry Bekaert’s internal business processes. This role will support organizational change by working to solve issues that create inefficiencies in processes, communication, and tools with a focus on standardization, centralization, automation and AI.  Must be extremely flexible and open to collaboration and to adopting new ideas to resolve complex business problems.   

A successful fit for this role is a proactive problem-solver with strong project management skills, ready to take on diverse tasks, thrive in a fast-paced team environment with the ability to communicate, influence and persuade both business leaders and peers.   This role will report to the Chief Transformation Officer and sits within the Firm’s internal Business Transformation Office. 

As a Business Transformation Manager, you will: 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to understand operational and business structures and ensure alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives. 
  •  Develop and implement transformation strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives.
  • Lead and execute business transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. 
  • Develop and implement change management strategies for business transformation projects to drive adoption of new technology into the business 
  • Drive continuous improvement and process innovation initiatives within the Business Transformation Office to enable greater speed, productivity, and efficiency throughout the organization 
  • Identify, develop, maintain, and communicate measures or KPIs to report progress of transformation initiatives and demonstrate impact of process improvements on function outcomes, productivity, etc. 
  • Implement improvements in system capabilities to enhance associate productivity and improve customer experience. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in digital technologies. 

What you bring to the role: 

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.  
  •  Proven experience in business process or transformation consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. 
  •  Experience with the professional services industry is a plus 
  •  Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business contexts. 
  •  Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  •  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with the business and stakeholders. 
  •  Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. 
  •  Demonstrated understanding of data quality and integrity, accounting processes, systems and internal controls 
  •  Demonstrated experience with in-person and virtual group facilitation and change management techniques

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:

 

$74,670 to $175,000
