Position Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and support the growth of our eco-luxury brand. This role will focus on creating and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), and enhancing the online presence of our properties.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in crafting content that resonates with our target audience, highlighting the sustainable tourism experience we offer. You will be instrumental in shaping our brand image, driving engagement, and ensuring that our values are consistently communicated across all channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign ROI.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with the content, sales, and design teams to develop consistent and engaging messaging.
  • Maintain dashboards and prepare regular reports on KPIs and campaign results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, digital tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is strongly preferred.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently or in a remote team.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
