Rebecca Kitson Law is looking for a bilingual Client Services Coordinator to oversee a small remote team and coordinate our sales, marketing, and team strategies with excellence and heart.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support a remote team of up to 6 professionals in customer service, outreach, and client retention.
  • Oversee sales and conversion pipelines, utilizing CRM tools such as Lawmatics, Monday.com, and Docketwise to drive client engagement and follow-through.
  • Analyze conversion data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to improve lead capture and sales performance.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and referral platforms that align with our firm’s mission and brand.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless, client-centered experience that reflects our values.
  • Track performance metrics and report regularly to firm leadership on client journey insights, marketing ROI, and team KPIs.
  • Innovate and optimize: We're looking for someone who understands what works and isn’t afraid to try something new.
  • Developing incentives: collaborate with management to help develop incentives for sales agents based on metrics.


What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required. 
  • Windows computer required.
  • Customer service experienced and demonstrated excellence required. 
  • Proven track record required in marketing and sales. 
  • Demonstrated experience with leading remote teams effectively.
  • Experience with U.S. immigration laws/law firms— strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Lawmatics, Docketwise, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Suite —  strongly preferred
