We’re looking for Customer Support Interns, based in Hungary, to help support our customers and kick-start your career in the growing world of SaaS. This 3-month internship comes with the potential to extend up to 6 months, making it perfect for students building their first professional experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Intern, your primary focus will be supporting Prezi customers and ensuring they have a great experience while using our platform. Specifically, you will:

  • Handle L1 customer queries with a primary focus on payment-related issues.
  • Build a bridge between Prezi and its users, providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the support team to contribute towards improving workflows and customer experiences.
  • Learn from experienced professionals and grow your knowledge in essential customer support tools and methods.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Students with availability to work 20–30 hours per week.
  • Fluent English speakers (bonus points for additional language skills!).
  • Tech-savvy individuals who are comfortable navigating Windows, Mac, and Google Suite tools.
  • Problem-solvers with great attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Team players with excellent communication skills who can work independently as well.
