IT Systems & LMS Support Engineer

Background

At PeoplePartners, we’re on the hunt for an experienced IT Systems & LMS Support Engineer to join one of our most innovative clients in the education tech space. This isn’t just another support role—it’s about making systems hum, users smile, and uptime a non-issue.

About the Role

You’ll be the go-to for keeping both infrastructure and learning management systems running smoothly. If scripting, cloud platforms, and LMS integration are in your wheelhouse, you’ll feel right at home here.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch 2nd-level IT support (and sometimes 1st!).
  • Manage Windows/Linux servers and hybrid M365 environments.
  • Support LMS platforms like Moodle and Canvas—tech + user experience.
  • Script like a pro in PowerShell and Bash.
  • Automate, document, train, repeat.
