As a QA Analyst, you will be joining a small team dedicated to ensuring we release product requests, new features, back-end integrations, and fixes to internal stakeholders and external customers through a timely and meaningful process. You will be directly involved in the testing of workflow; including creation of test plans, managing the manual testing of our products. You will be working closely with Liftango’s engineering and Tech teams to maximise processes and workflow to ensure timely releases.
Key Responsibilities
Review requirements, specifications, acceptance criteria, technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Design, develop, update, and execute manual scripts using testing tools
Identify, record, document and track bugs using respective tools
Perform regression testing across applications and systems
Work closely with internal teams (i.e. developers, support, and Tech Leadership) to identify system requirements
Monitor and report on the results of debugging and QA processes
Assist in the coordination and management of releases
Track and report quality assurance metrics
Stay up-to-date with testing methodologies, tools, and best practices

Professional experience in software and App development
Professional experience in software and App quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Solid knowledge of SQL, AWS, and scripting
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and security testing is a plus
Experience with fleet management, ride sharing, carpool management, or fixed route mass transit a plus
A BS in Programming, Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject preferred
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is nice to have

Set-up and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (AEST) | 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (PH Time) With a degree of flexibility reaching up to UK time
