Job description

This is a remote position.

Client is seeking a Change Management Specialist to facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology.  The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Requirements
Additional Mandatory Requirements 
  • Valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification.  Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
  • Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
  • Valid Six Sigma certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
Skill and Experience
  • 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for projects in a healthcare environment implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis and preparing targeted communications. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
  • 7 years’ experience in a project management or team lead role implementing healthcare projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 7 years.
  • 5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in healthcare. The response should include at least 2 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example should include preparing training materials for a large, diverse organization with 1000+ employees. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
  • 3 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing standardized staff scheduling business processes across multiple healthcare organizations. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
  • 3 years’ experience providing direct patient care in a healthcare facility. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
  • 1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.
