Job description

This is a remote position.

Client is seeking a Change Management Specialist to facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.

Skill and Experience

10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for projects in a healthcare environment implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis and preparing targeted communications. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 10 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
7 years’ experience in a project management or team lead role implementing healthcare projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources. The response should include at least 3 examples including the duration of the project or work that totals at least 7 years.
5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes in healthcare.
