Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:Create comprehensive marketing plans for both property management services (attracting property owners and tenants) and construction services (securing new building or renovation projects).This includes setting objectives, identifying target audiences, and outlining tactics.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
Website Management:Oversee the company website(s), ensuring they are professional, user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines (SEO).This includes creating compelling property listings and showcasing construction project portfolios.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for relevant keywords related to property management, rental properties, and construction services.This includes local SEO to attract clients in specific geographic areas.
Content Marketing:Create and distribute valuable, informative, and engaging content such as blog posts (e.g., "Tips for First-Time Landlords," "Choosing a General Contractor"), guides, videos (e.g., property tours, construction project time lapses), case studies, and testimonials.
Social Media Management:Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to showcase properties, highlight completed construction projects, engage with followers, and run targeted advertising campaigns.
Email Marketing:Build and manage email lists to nurture leads, send out newsletters with property updates, construction insights, and promotional offers to current and prospective clients.
Paid Advertising (PPC):Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to drive targeted traffic and generate leads for both property rentals and construction services.
Online Reputation Management:Monitor and manage online reviews and testimonials on platforms like Google My Business, Yelp, etc., and proactively address any feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
Lead Generation:Implement various tactics to generate leads for both property management (property owners seeking management, prospective tenants) and construction (new project inquiries).
Property Listings & Showings:For property management, create compelling property listings (with high-quality photos and descriptions) on various platforms (MLS, Zillow, Trulia) and potentially assist with organizing and conducting property showings for potential tenants.
Collaboration with Sales/Leasing Teams:Work closely with sales or leasing agents to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, provide marketing materials, and ensure a seamless lead-to-conversion process.
Promotional Events:Plan and organize promotional events, such as open houses, community events, or industry trade shows, to attract potential clients and showcase services.
Analytics & Reporting:
Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, social media engagement, and cost per lead.
Reporting:Generate regular reports on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
Continuous Improvement:Use data and analytics to refine continuously and optimize marketing strategies and efforts.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):Strong understanding of both local and general SEO practices to ensure the company's websites and listings rank high in search results for relevant keywords (e.g., "property management [city]," "commercial construction [type]"). This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
Social Media Marketing:Expertise in managing and leveraging various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to engage with audiences, showcase properties and projects, share industry insights, and build community.
Paid Advertising (PPC):Experience with platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising to run targeted campaigns, generate leads, and track ROI.This includes understanding bidding strategies, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.
