We are looking for a proactive and strategic Executive Assistant to work on the business — not just in it. This role will work closely with the CEO, providing high-level support and taking ownership of operational and administrative tasks to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.This multifaceted position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills, high adaptability, and the ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality. 


Responsibilities:


  • Acting as an executive assistant to the CEO by managing calls, emails, and calendar coordination

  • Relieving the CEO of recurring administrative duties, including regular check-ins with internal teams

  • Conducting research and gathering data, including secret shopping reports

  • Establishing, implementing, and standardizing internal processes and operational workflows

  • Staying connected with various project points of contact to ensure alignment and timely execution

  • Building tools, forms, and systems for operational processes (e.g., application processing workflows)

  • Note: This role will not involve screening applications, but rather creating and optimizing the systems used by others who do.



Requirements

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Process Development/Optimization is preferred but not required

  • Clear and neutral American English accent for effective communication

  • A quiet and dedicated home office setup

  • Willingness to work during graveyard shift hours

  • Stable and high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with a reliable backup connection

  • Uninterrupted power supply or power backup system to ensure work continuity

  • Computer specs: At least an 8th-gen Intel i3 processor, 8GB RAM, SSD storage, running on Windows or macOS




Salary:

Php 50,000 to Php 55,000
