Career Opportunity
We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our Care team as a Resource Coordinator! This position plays a vital role in supporting the needs of our diverse member base across pediatric and adult audiences.
As a Resource Coordinator, you will collect, synthesize, coordinate, and provide detailed and accurate resources or information, enabling our members to make informed care decisions for themselves or their loved ones. In this role, you will engage with various external stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, dependent care providers, and community resource advocates, while working collaboratively with your team to provide seamless support delivery to our caregiving members.

Your Role
Manage an interdisciplinary caseload working across service lines for pediatric, adult, and education members.
Process, vet, and fulfill requests, ensuring members have access to trusted, high-quality resources.
Conduct phone interviews with relevant external parties to gather information or resources based on member needs.
Conduct web research to identify and collect community resources, information and availability of professional care services, and similar healthcare provider information.
Contact dependent care providers to inquire about availability, prices, and other necessary details.
Verify state licensing requirements.
Synthesize research and information collected to process requests within designated turnaround times.
Collaborate and actively support other resource coordinators or care team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Undergraduate education or completion of a health professional certification program is desired.
5 years of experience working in case management, social services or the medical/healthcare field role.
Adept at working with computer systems and communication applications, such as a Mac computer system Google Suite or Slack, and comfortable providing customer service support over the phone.
Ability to multi-task to accomplish workload efficiently.
Ability to work from home with dedicated space for phone call communication.
Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
