  • Scout & Recruit: Seek out, charm, and onboard new reseller partners who are ready to join our crusade
  • Empower & Energise: Be the go-to guru for our partners-providing training, sharing intel, and making sure they’re always equipped for success
  • Build Legendary Alliances: Forge and nurture strong relationships, becoming the trusted sidekick our partners can always count on
  • Strategize & Conquer: Develop and execute channel sales strategies that drive revenue, crush targets, and make our competitors jealous
  • Collaborate Like a Pro: Team up with sales, marketing, and tech squads to deliver resources, co-marketing magic, and joint business plans
  • Celebrate Wins: Track partner performance, recognize their victories, and help them level up with regular business reviews and incentives
  • Negotiate Like a Ninja: Handle contracts, growth plans, and incentive programs with skill and style

What You Bring (Your Superpowers)

  • 6+ years of channel/partner sales experience-bonus points for a background in cybersecurity or enterprise tech
  • A proven track record of smashing channel sales targets and building thriving reseller relationships
  • A black book of IT or cybersecurity reseller contacts (or the charm to build one fast!).
  • Top-notch communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with partner enablement, training, and launching joint go-to-market adventures
  • Self-starter energy, cross-team collaboration chops, and a love for fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, tech, or a related field is a plus
