What You’ll Do
  • Proactively engage with new leads and follow up with purpose
  • Book and manage appointments with prospective members
  • Lead powerful sales consultations that are clear, personal, and inspiring
  • Keep communication responsive, thoughtful, and professional
  • Accurately track updates in our systems (organization is key!)
  • Stick to our standards and bring structure to your day
  • Be available nights and weekends—especially during peak enrollment periods (this is when we make the most impact)

What We’re Looking For

  • You know how to connect with people, including over the phone
  • You’re resilient - able to stay on your game through long days and changing conversations
  • You take ownership of your goals and don’t need micromanagement
  • You’re coachable and open to feedback - every conversation is a chance to get better
  • You handle objections with confidence, empathy, and composure
  • Experience in sales or customer service is required
