Responsibilities:
Taking the lead on your own set of 200 - 300 clients—owning relationships, renewals, and everything in between.
Building and implementing an engaging client consulting model with care and precision to deliver top-tier service.
Creating and executing account plans that keep things running smoothly year-round.
Partnering with other team members to bring big-picture strategies to life.
Keeping up with the latest industry news and sharing what you learn with clients.
Collaborating with sales, ops, product—you name it—to improve how we work and grow.
Building strong connections with clients, partners, and fellow teammates.
Maintaining accurate client records in all applicable systems (such as Salesforce).
Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for your assigned book of business.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience running your own book of business as a benefits consultant, or 5+ years in a supporting role on a benefits team.
A bachelor’s degree (or real-world experience that stacks up).
You’re licensed for Life & Health.
Comfortable using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint—basically, the usual suspects.
