We are looking for a Partner Success Manager fluent in Arabic to join United Tech. In this role, you will build strong relationships with our partners and streamers, helping them grow on our platform by providing hands-on support, training, and proactive problem-solving. You will be the key link between partners and our teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and sustained success.
About the product: We are building a streaming platform, a place where people from 70+ countries connect in real-time, share emotions, and fight loneliness through technology. Live-streaming is one of the fastest-growing niches in tech, with a projected market size of $240B by 2027. We are already part of this global race, offering ad-free streaming, 24/7 live events, and seamless user experience. As part of our team, you will work on challenges at scale: from launching a new market to processed improvement and optimization. Your work will directly contribute to product growth, but also impact people's lives and social interactions. We are aiming to enter the global Top-5, and we need the boldest minds to get there!
In this role, you will
Build and maintain high-touch, consultative relationships with partners and streamers through regular and transparent communication
Conduct trainings and presentations on our product features, updates, and motivational programs
Source new partners and streamers and manage their onboarding
Provide ongoing support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues related to payments, fines, or legal matters, and helping partners make the most of platform features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, support) to meet partner needs and support their growth
Gather feedback from partners and translate it into actionable insights for product and process improvements
It’s all about you
Upper-intermediate level of English or above
Proficient in Arabic for effective partner communication and support
Experience in the social networking industry
Hands-on experience working with a streaming platform
1+ year in account management, customer success, sales, or a similar role
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse partners and stakeholders
Strong focus on results
Proactive approach to identifying and solving system-level issues
Self-driven and able to work independently
Would be a plus
Experience working with CRM systems
Basic Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Familiarity with analytics tools like Amplitude or Tableau
