Title: Marketing Manager - Online II / Product Marketing Manager
Location: Remote, US - AMER time zone
Contract Duration: 11 months  
Pay Rate: $50-$58/Hour on W2

We develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers.
 
Role Description
About a Team : We are a team of 5. There is 1 other OU lead in the same role but supporting different industries on the team.
 
We are looking for a self-starting, team-oriented, and passionate Product Marketing Manager to own the Service Cloud go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Regulated Industries (REG) and Global Public Sector (GPS) Operating Units (OUs). In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to OU leadership, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders—deeply understanding the unique needs, priorities, and market dynamics of each OU and ensuring those are represented across marketing, product, enablement, and field execution.
 
You will play a critical role in developing and executing targeted programs that support Service Cloud pipeline generation, accelerate deal velocity, and enable sales success within each OU. This includes building tailored value propositions, competitive positioning, and customer-facing narratives that resonate with public sector and regulated industry customer service buyers.
The ideal candidate thrives in complex, matrixed environments and has a proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment. You should be comfortable influencing at all levels of the organization, from sales reps to executives, and bring strong presentation skills, business acumen, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and action.
 
Responsibilities

  • Be the Service Cloud GTM expert for the REG and GPS OUs, aligning with their unique needs and priorities
  • Build enablement that clearly communicates value to REG and GPS sellers and customers
  • Partner with events teams to showcase OU-relevant content across industry and proprietary events
  • Align with REG and GPS distribution leaders to drive sales programs and pipeline growth
  • Create enablement materials that simplify Service Cloud positioning for OU sellers
  • Define Sales Plays and content aligned to REG and GPS priorities and marketing campaigns
  • Translate product and marketing initiatives into actionable programs for OU sales teams
  • Develop industry-specific contentwebinars, blogs, events, and case studies—for REG and GPS
  • Present confidently to REG and GPS audiences, from internal teams to external events
 
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales, or go-to-market background
  • Experience leading and inspiring a team of marketers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers
  • Expertise in creating strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders
  • Ability to create a range of marketing assets (including on-message product demo videos, presentation decks, product data sheets, and more).
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
  • Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with the Client products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms preferred
  • Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
  • A winning attitude that inspires optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!

  • An overview of a day for this role : . Communicating with stakeholders, building strategy/plans, building content for enablement sessions (trainings), leading those sessions, coordinating speakers when needed. Building & coordinating event content.
  • Must have skills: Excellent communication & organization, GTM & enablement experience, strong executive presence.

Teachable skills: Service Cloud knowledge
