As we continue to grow and transform, we are looking for a dynamic Communications Manager to shape and drive our internal and external communications strategy.

Role Overview

As Communications Manager at CSG, you will play a central role in shaping the voice of the company across Europe. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compelling communication strategies that engage internal stakeholders and external audiences alike. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring excellent writing skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communication

  • Develop and implement CSG’s internal and external communications strategy in alignment with corporate goals.

  • Translate company vision and transformation initiatives into clear, compelling narratives for varied audiences.

  • Support the Group Marketing Director with PR initiatives and corporate positioning efforts.

Internal Communications

  • Manage internal communications infrastructure and tools (e.g. intranet, newsletters, messaging platforms).

  • Create and deliver internal announcements, updates, and stories that foster engagement and alignment.

  • Prepare CEO Town Halls.

  • Collaborate with Managing Directors (MDs) to coordinate local Town Halls and strengthen local communications.

  • Serve as a communication advisor to leadership, helping shape internal messages and cascade strategies effectively.

Content Creation & Editorial

  • Lead the development of the annual content plan and manage its implementation across channels.

  • Create, write and edit high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, announcements, newsletters, and other assets.

  • Ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging across all communications platforms.

  • Contribute to external communications including website content, social media, and corporate publications.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in HR, IT, Operations, and Country Leadership to align messaging.

  • Serve as a bridge between central communications and local market teams to ensure clarity and cohesion.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across CSG’s European footprint.
