Mission set up : Full remote working on US time zone - 5:30 AM to 3 PM (PH time)

Job role: Mulesoft Production Support Specialist

Job Overview:The Mulesoft Production Support Specialist will focus on the operational stability and efficiency of our integration platform. You will be in charge to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

You will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other IT support staff

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance and availability of Mulesoft integrations and APIs.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the Mulesoft platform.
  • Collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of integrations.
  • Implement best practices for monitoring and alerting mechanisms.
  • Document system configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders, for workaround or defects resolution
  • Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Continuously assess integration platform performance and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in IT support or software development with Mulesoft.
  • Understanding of integration architecture and API management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Mulesoft certification is a plus.
