Job description

We’re looking for an Analytics Manager to support our Sales department with data-driven decision-making. This person will be instrumental in tracking performance, pulling reports from dialer software (specifically Convoso), and providing insights to help improve sales strategies.

You’ll work closely with the sales leadership team to ensure we have accurate, timely, and actionable data. You must be highly proficient in Excel, familiar with financial metrics, and comfortable navigating and extracting data from dialer systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Extract and analyze performance data from Convoso and other dialer tools
  • Create and manage Excel-based reports and dashboards to support daily operations and leadership decisions
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities based on sales data
  • Support the Sales department with ad hoc reports and performance summaries
  • Provide financial insight and assist in budget tracking related to sales operations
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure reporting is aligned with department goals
  • Analyze staffing levels and recommend adjustments to meet forecasted call volumes and KPIs
  • Monitor schedule adherence and productivity using real-time data from Convoso
  • Support forecasting and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
  • Experience with Convoso and other call center software and dialers
  • Strong written communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to move quickly, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience in sales operations, analytics, or financial analysis is a plus
