What we're looking for 

Our Canadian client, a premium health and wellness company offering Health Canada-approved supplements, is seeking an Amazon Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and logistics on Amazon Seller Central. This role supports the COO directly and plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, performance, and growth of the company’s Amazon presence.

 
Responsibilities

  • Manage operations within Amazon Seller Central, including shipping plans, listings, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Create and update flat files and monitor listing health and compliance.
  • Analyze and report on inventory levels, helping maintain optimal stock across fulfillment centers.
  • Use internal tools (e.g. Helium 10, Amazon Advertising Console) to drive accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to take initiative on process improvements beyond SOPs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing operations in Amazon Seller Central.
  • Skilled in shipping plans, flat files, listing edits, and inventory reports.
  • Familiar with Amazon’s advertising console and deal setup tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Helium 10.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking, with clear English communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing or optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Broader Amazon account management skills (launches, ranking, velocity strategies).
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Meta Ads, or email marketing tools.
  • Willing to work within Eastern Time (ET)
