We’re hiring a Learning & Development Lead to coach and level up the 100+ operators we’ve placed across high-growth startups. You’ll design scalable learning systems, lead personalized and group coaching programs, and integrate AI-driven tools into our workflows to improve productivity. You’ll collaborate closely with account managers and client success teams to track performance and deliver impact across legal, financial, SaaS, and healthcare roles.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who’s obsessed with capability building, scalable systems, and using technology to drive real-world results.
Your work will directly influence how effective and indispensable our talent is to clients. Through strategic coaching, AI integrations, and ongoing upskilling, you’ll improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. You'll also be a key player in shaping how we measure talent performance and deliver learning at scale.
To ensure that Pearl’s placed talent continues to perform at the highest level—while designing scalable, AI-augmented learning programs that allow us to grow without compromising quality. You’ll empower talent to be more strategic, more productive, and more valuable to the startups they support.
