Access Management Specialist

We are looking for an Access Management Specialist to join our team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Process and evaluate access requests for a range of internal systems (e.g., AWS, Grafana, GitLab, Tableau, Athena);
• Provision and revoke access where applicable; troubleshoot access-related issues;
• Configure and maintain access roles, group structures, and project setups across different platforms;
• Provide ongoing access management support and system-level maintenance;
• Contribute to integration efforts between access-controlled systems and internal tools;
• Participate in internal team initiatives such as access reviews, audits, and documentation improvements.

Essential professional experience:

• 1+ years of experience as Security specialist/Engineer;
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization principles;
• Familiarity with identity lifecycle processes and system access policies;
• Experience with user, group, and role provisioning across various systems;
• Understanding of access control concepts: RBAC, least privilege, SoD;
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory (user/group management, permissions);
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving related to permissions and access issues;
• Ability to analyze system structure and design role-based access models;
• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive access data;
• Experience working with access provisioning in systems such as AWS, Grafana, GitLab, Tableau, or Athena;
• Understanding of system integration from an access management perspective;
• Hands-on experience configuring roles, permissions, and projects;
• Previous involvement in access audits or cleanup initiatives;
• Ability to interpret access matrices or define them from scratch.
