Manager, Procurement Analytics

Salary Range $96,000 - $125,000*

As the Manager of Procurement Analytics in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P), you will lead an onshore and offshore team of category analysts that support the strategic sourcing team through data-driven insights.  You will build and rapidly mature this new capability in addition to supporting the daily needs for high quality insights to drive procurement outcomes.  You will lead and develop your team, establish a data and process foundation and build stakeholder relationships.  Your work will positively impact bottom-line results, minimize risks and foster internal and external relationships. You will report to the SS&P Director of Shared Services. 

Role Description

• Create a culture where facts and data are treated as an asset that helps accelerate procurement outcomes 
• Establish a roadmap to build out the procurement analytics capability  
• Provide guidance & thought leadership to the team to support their development of advanced analyses and insights 
• Build relationships across the strategic sourcing team and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and service delivery 
• Partner with strategic sourcing leaders and team members to align on needs, priorities and adoption  
• Lead a team of onshore and offshore procurement analysts by providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback 
• Create high impact analyses and presentations leveraging spend, market, contract and supplier performance data  

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, finance, statistics, data science, or related field  
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, procurement, category management or strategic sourcing 
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau or other data analysis and visualization tools 
• Experience with procurement and/or ERP systems (Workday, SpendHQ, etc.) 
• Expertise in data models and data relationships to facilitate analytics 
• Ability to influence outcomes using strong verbal and written communication skills as well as relationships  
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
