Role Summary:

Saks Global is looking for a Manager, Change & Enablement to support our organizational change and transformation initiatives.In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring successful implementation of change programs by fostering employee engagement, building change capabilities, and aligning organizational strategies with Saks Global business objectives. Saks Global is expanding their Change & Enablement team and we’re introducing processes for innovation and efficiency.
 

What you will do:

Areas of responsibility within scope include, but are not limited to:

  • Change Management Strategy and Planning

  • Organizational Development and Transformation

  • Training and Enablement

Core Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy and Planning

  • Assess change impacts and readiness across the organization, identifying potential risks and resistance.

  • Define success metrics and monitor progress to ensure effective adoption of change initiatives.

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to foster alignment and commitment.

  • Design and deliver clear, consistent communication plans to ensure awareness, understanding, and buy-in for transformation initiatives.

  • Facilitate feedback loops to address concerns and continuously improve change strategies.

  • Partner with learning and development teams to integrate change enablement into broader training initiatives.

  •  Work closely with program/project managers to ensure change management is integrated into overall project plans.

  •  Align transformation initiatives with business strategies and operational goals.

  •  Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and key insights.

Organizational Development and Transformation

  •  Drive cultural change by embedding new behaviors, values, and mindsets aligned with the organization’s vision.

  •  Act as a change champion, promoting agility, innovation, and collaboration across teams.

  •  Monitor and address barriers that may hinder the adoption of transformation programs.

  • Identify and implement innovative change strategies for unique business units.

Training and Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to socialize changes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure employees have the tools, skills, and support needed to succeed during and after the transformation.

  • Support knowledge base development for continued learning and development.

Key Qualifications / Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of relevant industry experience or combination of education and experience 

  • Proven experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related roles.

  • Experience writing, communicating, and interacting at the Executive level

  •  Familiarity with change management frameworks (ITIL, Prosci ADKAR).

  • A collaborative partner that fosters mentorship, teamwork, transparency, and people-development

  • Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems

  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision while executing projects on time

  • Strong ability to work well in cross-functional teams, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability in critical thinking and self-direction

  • Resilience and composure in high-pressure, complex business situations

  • Experience in facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Experience leading and delivering large, complex, high-impact, global, cross-functional programs and projects
