Requirements

2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in executive search, IT, or staffing agency environments).
Strong understanding or interest in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) and related technologies.
At least Upper Intermediate English — excellent spoken and written communication is a must.
Proven ability to engage with senior-level candidates and clients.
Strong organizational skills — ability to juggle multiple roles and markets simultaneously.
Confidence to challenge hiring decisions when necessary, backed by insight and data.
