You’ll lead the financial system configuration of our QuickBooks Online account. The project’s aim is to improve product-level visibility, streamline categorization, and create easy-to-use dashboards for decision-making.

Responsibilities

Set up and/or clean QuickBooks Online account
Build or revise Chart of Accounts
Input and categorize products/services (books, coaching, retreats, DISC assessments, etc.)
Create a CEO-friendly dashboard (in QBO or Google Sheets)
Collaborate with GoHighLevel CRM team on Zapier integration
Write a simple SOP and provide training (Loom or live handoff)
