Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for an HR Business Partner. As an HRBP at AllCloud, you will be part of a global team, reporting to the Regional HR Director and providing HR support to AllCloud’s business practices. As an HR Business Partner, you’ll be key in driving a unique organizational culture, continuously assessing organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers. 


Responsibilities

  • Member of the HR team in Israel, building a strong business partnership with your teams by consulting the management and the team individuals on organization and cultural-related issues.
  • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer solutions to drive organizational and employee success.
  • Support business growth, promoting scalable organization, and having the right people in the right jobs.
  • Implement key strategic HR Processes, policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Lead change management processes: perform ongoing organization analysis and implement change management programs in partnership with the Business unit.
  • Promoting employee success by guiding employee relations issues such as performance, talent development, team building, organizational changes, etc.
  • Support employee development and growth – coaching managers to support people in building robust careers, identify training needs for teams and individuals, and drive talent management programs to help people navigate their careers.
  • Build strong partnerships with the global Employee Success team to effectively collaborate and optimize for consistent employee experience and AllCloud spirit globally.
  • Partner with other company functions, finance, and legal to deploy and execute Employee Success programs and strategy.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR business partner, preferably in a Professional Services or Consultancy firm.
  • 3+ years of experience working with global teams.
  • Proven experience in working with senior technical leadership end-to-end.
  • Good judgment and ability to make independent decisions aided by process, documents, and management inputs where required.
  • Can scale from strategic to hands-on; having worked in both small/medium and big company environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law in Israel and related regulations.
  • Experience in a global environment/scaling teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field - Advantage.
  • Immediate availability - Significant advantage.
