IT Business Analyst - Commercial, Digital, and Product Management

Job Description:

Title: IT Business Analyst 
Reports to: Director, Business Solutions, Information Technology 
Department: Genie IT 

Location: Preference is for Bothell, WA but open to other sites close to a Terex office

Travel: Willing and able to travel as needed 

The Business Analyst will serve as a liaison between the Genie Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Parts & Services business functions and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. The ideal candidate will analyze business partner’s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions; assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology; translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications; and advise the IT teams on the direction of the business.
