In this pivotal role, you'll architect and nurture a powerful pipeline of large-scale opportunities while spearheading innovative cross-sell strategies and securing high-profile logo acquisitions. Your strategic mindset will be essential as you craft and execute game-changing growth initiatives, inspiring and guiding a talented team towards ambitious goals. As a key player in our organization, you'll be at the forefront of driving business expansion and shaping our market presence, making a significant impact on our company's future. What you’ll do

  • Sales Leadership & Pipeline Development

    • Originate and close new business opportunities within the region

    • Drive new logo acquisition within consulting services

    • Secure new consulting opportunities with existing clients

    • Lead regional growth meetings with senior consultants and partners

    • Develop and execute strategic pursuit plans

  • Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Champion cross-sell initiatives with other TELUS business units

    • Identify and promote cross-sell opportunities across TELUS divisions

    • Lead relationship management for key regional clients

    • Support client retention and renewal processes

  • Performance Targets

    • Maintain pipeline at 2x target

    • Achieve 100% retention rate for assigned clients

    • Drive cross-sell opportunities across TELUS business lines

You have…

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales and consulting services

  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams

  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
