Services Operations Manager

In this role, you will oversee and optimize end-to-end service and installation processes, indirectly leading a dedicated multifunctional team to ensure operational efficiency and drive customer satisfaction. You will align service operations strategies with broader business objectives, making key decisions on resource allocation and process adjustments, championing initiatives for service excellence, and coordinating cross-functional efforts, all while defining performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Your role:

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor a high-performing team to foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth while ensuring clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Operations and Resource Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance service and installation, streamline processes for operational efficiency, and optimize resource allocation through data-driven approaches and collaboration.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high standards, promptly addressing concerns, and championing initiatives for service excellence and innovation.

  • Quality Assurance and Strategic Alignment: Enforce quality standards through audits and cross-functional efforts, align service operations strategies with business objectives, and authorize key decisions to achieve seamless coordination and vendor management.

  • Performance and Talent Development: Define and adjust performance metrics, manage team talent through selection and development, and drive strategic projects for continuous improvement and operational success.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Service Delivery, Service Operations or equivalent.

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership, team-building, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details  

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, MT, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, VI, and WV is $106,875.00 to $171,000.00.

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, and WY is $112,500 to $180,000.

The pay range for this position in AK, HI, MD, RI, and WA is $118,125.00 to $189,000.00.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, Washington D.C., MA, NJ and NY is $126,000 to $201,600.
