We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure seamless daily operations. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating projects, screening communications, and representing executive preferences with professionalism. This position is critical for optimizing executive productivity and maintaining efficient workflow coordination. Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Represent the executive's preferences and style when drafting communications or making decisions.
Track and remind the executive of important tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items.
Coordinate special projects, including research, presentations, and report preparation.
Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
Managing calls, booking flights, reports and organizing billing and payment requirements.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Anticipate needs and proactively address administrative requirements.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is required.
3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Set-up and Location: WFH
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM AEST (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PH Time)
