Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support a transformational wellness business dedicated to helping people heal from chronic pain through science-backed education, spiritual insight, and community support.

This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position that requires someone highly organized, creative, and deeply committed to making a difference. You’ll help manage marketing campaigns, support content creation, engage the brand’s growing community, and assist in streamlining daily operations so the founder can stay focused on impact.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Outreach
Manage and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Assist in writing, formatting, and sending newsletters via ConvertKit (Kit)
Track and analyze marketing KPIs, engagement, and audience growth metrics
Create and update landing pages, sales funnels, and event pages in Kajabi
Support the promotion and content rollout of webinars, courses, and events
Content Creation & Distribution
Design social media graphics, visuals, and promotional materials in Canva
Edit and repurpose podcast, video, and event content using tools like OpusClip, iMovie, and GarageBand
Assist with podcast guest coordination, bookings, and follow-ups
Manage public and member-facing communications related to programs and content releases
Administrative & Technical Support
Provide customer service and inbox management
Organize digital files via Dropbox and support scheduling via Calendly and Zoom
Maintain digital systems and SOPs in Asana and Google Drive
Support community engagement and client onboarding for online memberships

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or VA support (wellness or coaching space a plus)
Strong written communication skills with a warm, clear, and engaging tone
Experience with Canva, email platforms, and social media scheduling tools
Familiarity with podcast production and repurposing content for multiple platforms
Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident using a variety of tech tools
