About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven, process-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join the team and play a critical role in aligning marketing and sales efforts to drive operational efficiency and profitable growth. This role sits within the marketing team and partners closely with sales to optimize systems, improve pipeline conversion, and enable go-to-market success. You’ll own and optimize our HubSpot ecosystem, develop and maintain reporting dashboards, support sales enablement, and contribute to strategic marketing execution –including email sequence development and competitive intelligence.
Responsibilities
HubSpot Management & Optimization
Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs.
Optimize workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle stage tracking.
Ensure data cleanliness and integration with sales tools.
Sales Enablement & Training
Partner with sales leadership to develop training materials and resources.
Support onboarding of new reps with systems, process, and tool training.
Create and manage sales playbooks and enablement content.
Marketing Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, pipeline velocity, and conversion metrics.
Provide actionable insights from data to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Sales Sequences & Email Strategy
Develop sales outreach sequences and nurture emails aligned with the buyer journey.
A/B test messaging and monitor performance to optimize engagement.
Competitive Research & Market Intelligence
Maintain a pulse on competitor moves, positioning, and market trends.
Share intelligence across marketing, sales, and leadership teams to inform GTM strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to align initiatives and share insights.
Drive continuous improvement in lead handoff processes and conversion workflows.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role.
Expertise in HubSpot required (certifications a plus).
Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and reporting on KPIs.
Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM workflows.
Excellent communicator with a strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
