Outreach Specialist (ZR_23459_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to qualified prospects from provided database
  
• Follow established script to introduce Pixels and micro LED solutions
  
• Qualify prospects through basic technical discussions
  
• Schedule showroom visits at Pacific Design Center
  
• Track and document all call outcomes
  
• Maintain consistent call volume (minimum 60 unique dials per day)
  
• Handle basic product inquiries about LED wall specifications
  
• Coordinate with creative director for consultations
  
• Follow up with prospects who don’t answer initial calls
  

Requirements:

• Professional phone manner with clear English communication
  
• English or American-sounding accent
  
• High energy and passionate speaking style
  
• Ability to maintain high call volume while staying enthusiastic
  
• Basic technical comprehension to discuss LED products
  
• Comfortable following scripts while maintaining natural conversation
  
• Professional demeanor when dealing with high-end clients
  
• Strong ability to qualify prospects effectively
