This is a remote position.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote (Must be available to work Eastern Time zone)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM New York time (1-hour unpaid break)
 


Job Description

A reputable accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory firm is seeking a Administrative Assistant to provide efficient administrative support to its team. This full-time role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate will help maintain smooth daily operations and support staff across departments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and messages.

  • Coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and calendars for the team.

  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office.

  • Perform data entry and maintain digital filing systems.

  • Assist with scheduling and follow-ups to support workflow and deadlines.

  • Collaborate remotely with colleagues to support ongoing administrative needs.

  • Handle various ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably remote.

  • MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS DEVICE

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with remote collaboration tools.

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace suitable for remote work.

  • Available to work during Eastern Time business hours.
