L&R Distributors is a private equity owned, high growth company that is the leading beauty and cosmetics distributor in the U.S.  With over 400 strategic suppliers and 40,000 SKU's in our distribution centers, we provide products across a wide range of categories including beauty, cosmetics, trial & travel, toys, school/home office, pet, home essentials and other general merchandise categories. 


JOB SUMMARY
We are searching for a DTC Site Manager who will be responsible for the strategic direction, day-to-day management, and overall success of our Direct-to-Consumer E-Commerce platforms within the CPG industry. The DTC Site Manager will have expertise in E-Commerce, data analysis, and user experience.  They will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer journey on multiple DTC platforms.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Site Management:  Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of our DTC E-Commerce websites to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
  • Partner Relationship Management:  Manage weekly meetings with brand partners, ensuring projects and KPI’s are being monitored, tracked and communicated to the team
  • Product Merchandising:  Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure the effective presentation of products, promotions, and merchandising strategies on the website.
  • Content Strategy:  Develop and implement a content strategy, including product descriptions, images, videos, and blog posts, to engage and educate customers.
  • Inventory Management:  Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability for online customers.
  • Account Health:  Monitor account health and ensure problems are corrected and problems are communicated to the team and actively fixed in a timely manner.
  • Data Analysis:  Utilize web analytics tools to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience:  Enhance the overall customer experience by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Security and Compliance:  Ensure the website's security, privacy, and regulatory compliance are maintained.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization:  Analyze site traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates, including A/B testing and user feedback analysis.
  • Process Improvement:  Work with external brand teams and Director of E-Commerce to refine existing work streams and create new streamlined processes for the business with supporting SOP Documents

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.  MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in E-Commerce management, preferably in the CPG or DTC industry.
  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce platforms, user experience design, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and web analytics tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer journey
 SALARY:  $120,000

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in the Central or Eastern time zone

TRAVEL:  Minimal, based on business needs.
