Join GrowthAssistant as Project Management Coordinator​​​​​​!

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing client deliverables, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring tasks are completed on time. You’ll help us deliver outstanding client experiences by keeping projects organized and communications seamless.

 

Salary Range:  PHP 65,000 - 75,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing client projects.

  • Create and manage task lists in Google Sheets aligned with client deliverables.

  • Conduct weekly check-ins and send automated status updates to clients.

  • Monitor progress across multiple accounts, following up with team members to meet deadlines.

  • Keep Slack channels and shared documentation updated and accurate.

  • Document client meetings and internal updates for easy reference.

  • Report project status to leadership, flagging risks and suggesting solutions.

Must-Have:

  • 2+ years in project management, client success, or operations.

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Workspace.

  • Exceptional organization and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to work PST hours and coordinate across remote teams.

  • Experience in managing multiple client projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, AI, or tech-driven client projects.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and automated reporting.

  • Knowledge of omnichannel AI and marketing tools.
