Job description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support / Sales Agent. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client issues, and identifying sales opportunities to promote our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.

  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Sales:
  • Identify and act on sales opportunities during customer interactions.

  • Promote and upsell products/services based on customer needs.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Follow up with leads and prospects to close deals.

  • Provide accurate information on pricing, terms, and product availability.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in [industry-specific, e.g., e-commerce, telecommunications, SaaS, etc.].

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

  • Familiarity with sales metrics and KPIs.
