We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support / Sales Agent. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client issues, and identifying sales opportunities to promote our products or services.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Identify and act on sales opportunities during customer interactions.
Promote and upsell products/services based on customer needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and prospects to close deals.
Provide accurate information on pricing, terms, and product availability.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
