The Opportunity

We’re looking for our new Head of Creative at Code3. You are an innovative and strategic leader, passionate about making great Creative, everywhere. You’ll be responsible for driving the creative strategic vision and product across the full creative portfolio and for setting the tone for how we show up in the market now, and into the future.

What You’ll Do

The Head of Creative will play a key role in strategizing new offerings, and for refining our approach to current offerings, looking for ways to produce our work more efficiently, and at a higher quality always. You have deep expertise and fluency in performance creative and in leading and inspiring teams. 

The Head of Creative is a born motivator who will mentor and develop a team of creatives (strategy, copy, design). You’ll balance the strategic with the operational, and will regularly engage and listen to clients and internal teams to respond and adjust ways of working. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead the creative strategy vision and overall product to ensure clients stay, grow and are seeing business results.
  • Serve as a thought leader for the company to build awareness of and excitement for Code3’s unique creative capabilities and differentiated offerings with new and existing clients and employees.
  • Set the creative vision and goals and will be accountable for team performance while keeping the team focused and motivated.
  • Regularly engage with senior clients to ensure we’re delivering brilliant performance creative as well as mine for potential new growth and capability needs for Code3.
  • Partner closely internally, and be focused on breaking down silos, creating an integrated and seamless experience for clients and internal teams alike.
  • Participate in new business pitches, bringing Code3’s creative vision to market
  • Manage capacity and resource management (including temporary and contract workers) for the department.
  • Champion creative talent. You’ll be a mentor, a business coach, and an advocate for your team, developing people and inspiring them to work to their highest potential.
  • Work closely with the People team to hire, attract new best-in-class talent, and retain talent, to continue to scale the business. 
  • Lead conflict resolution with a positive approach and positive outcome, with all levels of employees.

You should have:

  • 10+ years in creative digital marketing, preferably in an agency or brand-side leadership role.
  • Proven experience across paid media channels, retail marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart).
  • Demonstrated success in scaling business growth, team leadership, and client satisfaction.

Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location. The position also offers a bonus based on company and client success.
