The National Related Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that assigned schools are meeting expectations in regard to the provision of The National Related Services (RS) Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all supported schools are meeting expectations in their provision of related services for eligible students based on school, state, and federal guidelines. This role is a key member of the National Related Services administrative team providing direct supervision of the National Related Services Coordinators as they support related service school staff and contractors. This team member is responsible for escalation, data analysis, invoice and cost analysis support, training support, working with national providers, and providing support to various team members through national email.

The National Related Services (RS) Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all supported schools are meeting expectations in their provision of related services for eligible students based on school, state, and federal guidelines. This role is a key member of the National Related Services administrative team providing direct supervision of the National Related Services Coordinators as they support related service school staff and contractors. This team member is responsible for escalation, data analysis, invoice and cost analysis support, training support, working with national providers, and providing support to various team members through national email.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.

· Provide statewide network of providers within the private and public sectors for Stride schools

· Establish contracts with service providers, to include negotiating fair market rates

· Ensure existing contracts meet required compliance

· Support the implementation for new schools with Related Service Programs

· Oversee the usage of the task management system(s) by staff members and analyze to make staffing decisions

· Oversee the related service management database

· Audit related services provided per students’ Individual Education Plan (IEP)

· Ensure attendance policies are implemented and enforced for students receiving RS

· Analyze data to ensure the RS program is implemented in the most efficient way possible

· Review timelines for all supported schools and provide feedback and guidance to team members to determine areas for improvement and escalate to Administration team if not seeing improvement

· Review financial forecast data and provide notes and feedback for admin team to send to finance

· Supervise the National Related Services Coordinators

· Share in the leading of team meetings including but not limited to: National Related Services Coordinator meetings, contractor meetings, school data digs

· Participate in evaluations for contractors and staff on National Related Services Team

· Assist in developing processes and procedures for the National Related Services Team

· Manage teams of contractors to ensure they are completing assigned tasks. These teams may be regional, floater team, audit team, provider hunt team or invoice verification team.

· Review notes from Data Digs held by the National Related Services Coordinators to ensure that issues were addressed appropriately and follow up on any action items that need to be addressed

· Assist in maintaining school Trello boards and updating training video recordings

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 2 - 6 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to handle conflicts in a prompt and professional manner

· Ability to problem solve independently and have a high level of organization

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Ability to embrace and adapt to change

· Ability to manage resources well (including tools, time and people)

· Experience working with students with special needs and/or their families

· MS 365; Web proficiency.

· Ability to travel 10% of the time

· Ability to clear required background check

· Bachelor’s degree in related field of study, three (3) years of related experience, one (1) year of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Special Education or Related Teaching Certification and/or Therapist Licensure

· Experience working within public or charter schools

· Experience with Medicaid billing

· This position is remote and open to residents of the 50 states, D.C., and residents of a US military base abroad. We anticipate the salary range to be $47,000 to $70,000. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
