ONE HITS is seeking qualified applicants to join our Project Management Office as an Activation and Conversion Lead.
Reporting to the Project Director, the Activation and Conversations Lead is responsible for designing and implementing the detailed tasks, roles and responsibilities needed to coordinate activation of the 12 Northwest hospitals. This role will also coordinate the processes for both data conversion streams and manual chart conversions tasks prior to the Go live. All of these components will be outlined in the Wave 3 project activation and conversion plan. The Activation and Conversion lead is also a key coordinator for each hospital’s site specific activation plans.
The Activation and Conversions Lead is essential to executing a supported and coordinated go live event, both for regional support team and the hospital member sites. This will require technical competency, experience with data conversion projects, coordination, communication and teamwork.
