As a Senior Data Engineer for Accompany Health, you will help shape the future of healthcare data. Your Impact:A mission-critical, early part of our growing team (and company).
Collaborate across the organization with various teams, including Product, Sales, and Clinical Operations, to rewire health care: Your choices will matter, and you will work across various teams to help execute the choices.
Drive the change in healthcare: You will build the products to integrate highly fragmented and dispersed healthcare services as an end-to-end experience.

Your impact:Be a data champion and seek to empower others to leverage the data to its full potentialArchitect and own our data platform strategy, with a deep understanding of our complex data ecosystemLead the design and implementation of scalable data infrastructure that powers both internal and external productsPartner with Product to translate business requirements for data across the company into a technical roadmap and architecture for the platformCreate and maintain data engineering best practices and mentor teams in building robust, observable pipelines Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirementsBuild the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various data sources. Work with Executive, Clinical, Data, and Design teams, to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needsCreate data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leaderDesired Skills & Experience:7+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with a graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fieldCan build large-scale data pipeline architecture, including data lakes, message queuing, and stream processingStrong SQL and data modeling skills with experience handling both structured and unstructured datasetsProven track record of building scalable data transformation processes and implementing robust data governanceAbility to solve complex data challenges using modern big data technologiesExperience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and turning requirements into technical solutionsStrong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasetsBuild processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload managementYou are mission-driven and have exceptional project management, communication and organizational skillsHealthcare experience is a plus but not requiredTech Stack Highlights:The following is a list of software/tools that would be nice to have but not required:Big data tools: Apache Spark, Kafka Languages: Python, Golang, Java, ScalaOrchestration: Apache Airflow , Apache Iceberg Experience with Data Lake architectures,AWS Glue, Terraform Relational databases like SQL, NoSQLExperience with cloud-based data warehouseFor Patient Facing Roles
