Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will support various human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.

  • Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate records.

  • Handle day-to-day employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, procedures, and policies.

  • Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.

  • Maintain HRIS systems, update employee records, and generate reports.

  • Support performance review processes and employee development programs.

  • Coordinate training sessions, webinars, and team engagement activities.

  • Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 24 years of HR experience; generalist or similar role preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Proficient in using HRIS platforms and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, etc.

  • Certification like SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
