Requirements

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Sales Advisors to join our dynamic team.

Requirements

  1. Bilingual (English – Spanish)
  2. At least 2 months of proven experience in sales of products or services. Experience with intangible offerings (preferably consulting, insurance, or telecommunications) is highly desirable.
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term client relationships through personalized solutions.
  4. Proven ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining a professional and resilient attitude with a strong results orientation.
  5. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build genuine connections and convey clear, persuasive messages—both verbally and in writing—tailored to diverse audiences.
  6. Availability: Flexible schedule, willing to work various shifts.

You will be responsible for:

1. Support our sales team in capturing and following up on leads.
