The Position:

The Stats and Insights team delivers athletic insights to teams by creating new, innovative features that enhance our mobile stats and scorekeeping user experience. As an iOS Software Engineer, you will use modern tools to develop features in our native iOS application and across the stack. You will build engaging user-facing features by contributing your expertise, writing code, and making architectural decisions on a team of Product Managers, Designers, QA Analysts, and Engineers. You will report to one of our Product Engineering Team Leads.

What You'll Do:

  • Build features for scorekeeping, advanced stats, team insights, community engagement, and fan experiences.

  • Work with peers on important decisions about how our applications are architected and built.

  • Team up with designers, testers, and product managers to find the best solutions for our customers.

  • Teach and learn with engineers across the company.

  • Engineer software solutions with an emphasis on high-quality development standards, ensuring reliability, and maintainability.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in iOS mobile app development using Swift or SwiftUI.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience delivering high-quality code and solutions.

  • Experience weighing specific technical tradeoffs to maximize impact for effort.

  • Experience creating detailed technical documentation.

  • Comfort working in a cross-functional product team.

The target salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $155,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
