Job Description & Summary

Our Data Assurance team works alongside our clients in a multitude of ways. These may be complex recalculations of business process outcomes, or developing bespoke solutions to specific problems. We work with high volumes of transactional level data encompassing all business processes, taking a commercial approach in the application of granular business logic to the alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements. We demonstrate the impact of this work at the most senior organisational levels, building trust in data and delivering true business insight. We often independently review the data and calculations provided to regulators and third parties is accurate and complete. We're looking for Managers to work on client engagements through complex analytics practices.

Use the know-how you've gained in data analytics. With new problems to solve, you’ll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you supervise key engagements in a workplace that’s human-led and tech-enabled. Payroll analytics experience would be strongly desired.

Location: This role could be based out of any of our PwC offices in Australia

As an expert in data analytics you’ll solve real world problems using data analytics by helping clients to establish a high level of insight and reliability, meaning that decisions are made on accurate information that’s fit for purpose. In this role, you’ll also:

  • Coach and lead Managers and Senior Consultants to deliver key outcomes to organisations across a diverse range of industries and business processes

  • Deliver crucial business insights to clients through data analytics and data visualisation

  • Collaborate with clients to jointly solve complex business problems

  • Manage and advise senior stakeholders by translating highly technical data solutions and outputs into meaningful commercial decisions and impacts

  • Help businesses make sense of complex data sets through various software products eg. Alteryx, SQL, Python, Power BI, R etc

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 81,600.00 including superannuation. Manager/Senior Manager/Director positions will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
