Job Summary - Heavy Up Coordinator

Location: Remote

PureCars is seeking a Heavy Up Coordinator to engage with existing, former, and prospective clients (car dealerships) to drive revenue growth through outbound calls and emails.

What You'll Do:

  • Client Outreach:
    • Contact HUP clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
    • Re-engage former clients and prospect new dealerships.
  • Outbound Communication:
    • Spend 25% of the day on strategic emails and 75% on outbound calls.
  • Sales Pipeline Goals:
    • Make 50 calls per day
    • Have 10 meaningful connections per day
    • Set 2 meetings per day
    • Close 2 sales per week
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
    • Provide weekly performance updates.

Success Metrics:

  • Achieve daily and weekly outreach and sales goals.
  • Maintain a strong and proactive follow-up process.
  • Contribute to company growth through increased client investment.
